Job Description

Our client is a growing organisation in the Technical Energy Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Development Executive - Home Appliances to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in North area.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with property developers, project managers, architects, M&E consultants, etc.
Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, networking and regular client visits.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct presentations to introduce products and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
Act as the key contact for clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in bids and tenders for new projects.
Coordinate project submissions, quotations, documentation and delivery schedules.
Monitor project progress, payment status and ensure timely project completion.
Support after-sales activities and ensure proper project handover and closure.
Assist with sales and marketing activities, including seminars, workshops and client events.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, project residential sales
Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships with clients.
Candidates from the real estate, construction, building materials, appliances or related industries will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel to sites when required.
