Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review TORs and understand requirements for government projects
- Prepare proposals (both Technical and Commercial)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy / Tech / Creative) to develop proposals
- Manage submission timelines and ensure accuracy and completeness of documents
- Liaise with government clients and stakeholders
- Support project pitching and presentations
- Follow up on bidding results and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in Bidding / Proposal / Government Projects
- Strong understanding of TOR and government bidding processes
- Experience in proposal writing and documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience from Consulting / Agency / SI is a plus
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight timelines
