Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in both local and international markets.

We are particularly looking for Chinese-speaking professionals with strong English communication skills who can effectively engage with multinational clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Develop business strategies and sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Native or fluent Chinese (Mandarin) speaker.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with multinational clients or regional markets is a plus.

• Chinese national or overseas Chinese professional.
• Comfortable communicating with Chinese-speaking clients while collaborating with international teams in English.
