Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Direct Clients and Digital across Thailand
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key client decision makers to drive revenue growth and market presence
• Act as a trusted consultant by diagnosing client challenges and prescribing tailored digital advertising solutions
• Engage in market education initiatives via roadshows on the latest digital trends in Thailand
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and capitalize on new opportunities

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3-4 years business development experience in digital media/ programmatic advertising industry; experience in the China media will definitely be an advantage
• Strong relationships and connections within the advertising and media industry is a plus
• Keen interest in China media
• Proven ability to build, deploy, and manage AI agents and automated workflows using platforms such as Claude or equelivent tool (Projects/Skills), Custom GPTs, Zapier, Make, Dify, or Workbuddy is highly desirable
• Demonstrated/practical experience leveraging AI tools to optimize daily business processes, construct prompt frameworks, and improve operational productivity would be advantageous
• Fluent in Thai and English, Chinese-speaking is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• A result-oriented self-starter; proactive, confident and innovative
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
