Job Description

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities to support the company's growth strategy in vaccines, biopharmaceuticals, specialty pharmaceuticals, and healthcare products. This role leads business development initiatives, manages strategic partnerships, conducts market assessments, and coordinates cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and expand business portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy and business objectives.
  2. Assess the commercial potential of new products, technologies, and business opportunities, including market attractiveness and financial viability.
  3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
  4. Source and evaluate new products, licensing opportunities, and strategic partnerships from both local and international markets.
  5. Lead due diligence activities, business case development, and financial evaluations to support investment and business development decisions.
  6. Prepare business proposals and BD plan, commercial assessments, and strategic recommendations for management review and decision-making.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with principals, manufacturers, suppliers, healthcare organizations, and strategic business partners.
  8. Lead negotiations on commercial terms, distribution agreements, licensing arrangements, and partnership contracts to maximize business value.
  9. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives and product launches.
  10. Develop sales forecasts, assess market potential, monitor the performance of newly launched products and partnerships, and identify opportunities and risks for sustainable business growth.
  11. Experience with contractual frameworks and commercial terms.

Required Qualifications :

  1. Thai Nationals Only
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  3. At least 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or Strategic Planning within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, or healthcare industry.
  4. Strong business and commercial acumen with proven ability to conduct market analysis, evaluate business opportunities, and develop business cases.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local and international business partners.
  6. Proficient in English (written and spoken) and capable of working effectively in a cross-functional and international business environment.
