Position: Franchise - Business Development (Supervisor / Manager)

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive franchise expansion strategies to grow new franchise partners and business channels.
• Identify and recruit high-potential franchise partners to strengthen business growth.
• Collaborate with landlords, property owners, and business partners to secure strategic locations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify expansion opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Explore new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, M&A, Joint Ventures, and emerging business models.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in Business Development, Franchise, Retail, F&B, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good analytical thinking with ability to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in Thai; English communication skills will be an advantage.
• Positive mindset, proactive, and passionate about business expansion
