Purpose

As the Commercial Lead for the Game Top-Up vertical, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for gaming transactions within the TrueMoney ecosystem. Your mission is to bridge the gap between global game publishers and local payment behavior. You will lead high-impact product features, negotiate strategic merchant partnerships, and eliminate payment friction to ensure TrueMoney remains the #1 choice for gamers in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Synthesize market research, competitor moves, and gamer insights into a 12-month roadmap that secures TrueMoney's market leadership.
  • Merchant & Partner Management: Proactively manage relationships with global publishers and local distributors to align commercial incentives and secure exclusive Direct Top-Up deals.
  • Growth & Retention: Design and execute data-driven campaigns specifically aimed at converting cash gamers or users of competitors into loyal TrueMoney users.
  • Product Innovation: Translate gamer pain points into technical business requirements. Lead projects like One-Click Buy, In-game SDK integrations, or Subscription models to speed up time-to-market.
  • Ecosystem Optimization: Audit the user journey to identify friction in merchant onboarding and settlement. Partner with Product/Tech teams to automate workflows and improve service efficiency.
  • P&L Accountability: Monitor and exceed KPIs across GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), transaction volume, user acquisition costs, and merchant onboarding speed.

  • Gamer Intuition: You don't just know the business; you understand the why behind gamer spending—from Gacha mechanics to Battle Pass cycles.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Proven ability to navigate complex discussions with international stakeholders and internal tech teams.
  • Analytical Power: Comfort with data-heavy environments; ability to turn raw metrics into a compelling commercial narrative.
  • Execution Focus: A get-it-done mentality with the ability to manage multiple high-pressure project deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Product Growth.
  • Industry Context: Experience within the Gaming industry (Publishers/Aggregators) or Fintech is highly preferred.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint is a must. Understanding of SQL or API integrations is a significant advantage for optimizing merchant onboarding.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English
