Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (Hunter profile) to lead new revenue growth in Thailand and regional markets. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the fintech and cross-border payments space.

The ideal candidate is a true sales hunter, proactive, commercially sharp, and confident in opening doors, building pipelines from scratch, and closing deals with SMEs, corporates, platforms, and financial partners. You will work closely with multi-regional teams to deliver tailored payment solutions to global clients. This role offers the opportunity to play a key revenue-driving role in a fast-scaling fintech while building strong regional market exposure.

Job Requirements:

  • Drive new business acquisition to achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and develop qualified sales opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Understand client payment needs and propose suitable fintech solutions
  • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and presentations
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records
  • Lead negotiations in line with company policies and risk guidelines
  • Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to support client onboarding
  • Act as the main commercial contact for newly acquired clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales with direct revenue responsibility
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition (hunter role) and closing B2B deals
  • Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or cross-border transactions preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, solution selling, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
  • Commercially driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs and revenue goals
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment
