Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and sales growth. The role leads regional teams, develops new acquisition channels and partnerships, and oversees execution and performance tracking.

• Formulate market development strategies, sales plans and conduct cost management in accordance with the company's overall strategic plan
• Be responsible for the management of regional market teams, establish and manage sales teams, and empower the teams to achieve user growth goals
• Based on market demands, deeply explore growth channel resources and cooperation opportunities inside and outside the industry, and establish an effective and replicable overseas promotion and user growth model with the core goal of growing overseas securities investors
• Lead the team to fully and timely understand partners and market demands, iterate customer acquisition solutions, integrate internal resources, output comprehensive and professional solutions, follow up on the implementation of cooperative promotion and effect tracking, and maintain cooperative relationships
• Pay attention to market trends, collect market information such as industry policies, target customers and competitors, Develop and refine strategic guidelines to drive growth-focused customer acquisition, business cooperation policies and business development
  
  

Qualifications

• Familiar with the Internet, finance and securities industries, with a fintech background preferred
• Relevant background in market cooperation, customer acquisition channel expansion and customer sales, with a outstanding track record in previous work
• More than 4 years of relevant team management experience, with strong team management capabilities
• Excellent business negotiation skills, public relations skills and communication skills, able to effectively carry out internal business collaboration and external resource expansion
• Highly self-driven and stress-resistant, good at 0-to-1 market breakthroughs, with entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus
