About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Government Affairs & Energy Industry Relations Manager to support business development and strategic engagement in Thailand, with growing focus on AI infrastructure, data centers, and energy-enabled digital infrastructure projects.

This role will work across Thailand's energy and infrastructure ecosystem, engaging with government agencies, regulators, state-owned enterprises, and key industry stakeholders. It sits at the intersection of traditional energy systems and emerging digital/AI infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships across Thailand's energy and infrastructure ecosystem
Monitor policy and regulatory developments in energy, infrastructure, and digital/AI infrastructure sectors
Support engagement with government agencies, regulators, SOEs, and industry partners
Provide insights on regulatory processes related to energy, data centers, and AI infrastructure projects
Support business opportunities and strategic partnerships across energy and digital infrastructure
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution
Prepare market intelligence and stakeholder analysis reports
Represent the company in relevant industry events when required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in relevant disciplines (Energy, Policy, Engineering, Business, Law, etc.)
3+ years of experience in government affairs, regulatory affairs, energy, infrastructure, or related fields
Strong understanding of Thailand's energy and regulatory environment
Experience with government agencies, SOEs, utilities, or infrastructure-related organizations preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent Thai and professional English required
