We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our fastpaced team. You will play a crucial role in supp orting our business growth efforts and gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business development.
Objectives of this role
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
Own the P&L for region or industry assigned to them.
Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
Aid in hiring the right talent and building a team to achieve goals.
Track all business-related invoices and coordinate with the Team.
Roles and Responsibility
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
Sourcing leads and promoting the company's products or services to prospective clients.
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services.
Analysing data trends and conducting market research to explore future opportunities in the market to acquire ente rprise customers.
Account mapping of the customers through online tools.
Strategize the growth areas for the company.
Qualifications
Completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in B2B sales in a fintech or related field.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in using CRM software with analytical market research tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Enthusiasm for business development and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
