Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Sheffield's business development strategy for the Thai market.
- Conduct a detailed industry and market research for identifying and developing new clients account through cold calls / visits etc.
- Visit prospective and new clients to offer company's full range of services
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, including qualifying leads generated by market news, ads and other promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential new clients, EPC contractors, developers, OEMs, operators, and government-linked organizations etc.
- Generate new recruitment and manpower supply opportunities for permanent, contract, and project-based staffing.
- Lead contract negotiations and support bid and tender submissions.
- Prepare both technical and commercial proposals for tender.
- Prepare quotations, follow up and closing of sales
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers.
- Represent Sheffield at industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates.
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
- Achieve agreed revenue, gross profit, and business development KPIs
- Report on a regular basis to your superior on market/customer/sale movements
- Follow up for sign Commercial tenders and proposals and with clients on overdue accounts or disputes.
- Meeting and exceeding targets in assigned territories and negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Any other duties/assignments from time to time by the immediate superior/or the Management
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred:
- Renewable Energy
- Oil & Gas
- Marine & Offshore
- EPC Projects
- Construction
Qualifications
- Minimally a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputable University.
- MBA is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 4 - 7 years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
- Proven track record in developing new business and managing key client accounts.
- Experience within recruitment, staffing, manpower supply, engineering services, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Thailand's business environment and labour market.

Language Requirements
- Native or fluent in Thai.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within Thailand.
- Occasional overseas travel to support regional business development activities.
