Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand new channel partners and distributors across target markets.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with distributors, system integrators, and solution providers.
  • Identify channel opportunities in adjacent industries such as security, access control, automation, and smart building systems.
  • Work closely with partners to support sales enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and project collaboration.
  • Continuously strengthen the regional channel ecosystem to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in channel development, partner acquisition, and channel management.
  • Well-established industry network, with the ability to reach distributors and system integrators.
  • Familiarity or connections with companies and ecosystems such as Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, ZKTeco, HDL, Control4, or similar brands.
  • Previous experience as a Country Manager, Sales Director, or Sales Manager is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability.
