Key Responsibilities:
Business Concept & Pilot Development
- Support the development of new business concepts and in-store initiatives.
- Coordinate pilot projects from planning to execution.
- Monitor project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Product & Category Development
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify category opportunities.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Import teams to source and develop new products.
- Support Private Label product development initiatives.
Marketing & Customer Experience
- Coordinate customer engagement activities, including events, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure smooth execution and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement to enhance customer experience.
Project Management
- Develop project timelines, action plans, and preliminary budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Buying, and Online teams.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Partnership Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and business partners on joint initiatives.
- Monitor business performance and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Prepare business insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve project and business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Retail Management, Business Administration, Food Industry Management, Food Science, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Retail, Category Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP
