WeGolden is a licensed financial services provider regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa (FSP Licence No. 53890). The company was formerly known as Digizen Capital (Pty) Ltd and officially changed its name to WeGolden (Pty) Ltd following approval from South African authorities.

To support our expansion in Southeast Asia, WeGolden is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop and grow the Thailand market. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, acquiring strategic partners, and managing long-term relationships within the Forex and financial trading ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Development and Planning:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Thailand.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and trend analysis to identify new opportunities, including new regions, partnership models, and product positioning.
  • Provide strategic input to management regarding local market dynamics and growth potential.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard strategic partners such as Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and institutional partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and high-value clients.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare partnership proposals, and finalize cooperation agreements.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline and all partner activities using CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, market feedback, and revenue forecasts for senior management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in a similar role (Business Development Manager / Sales Manager) within Forex, CFD, FinTech, or Prop Trading industries.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, online trading platforms, and brokerage business models.
  • Familiarity with partner-driven growth models (IB, Affiliate, Referral networks).
  • Existing network of IBs, Affiliates, traders, or institutional partners in Thailand is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based, long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Thai language proficiency is required for local market development.
