About The Team

Manage and grow ShopeePay's Payment Gateway partner ecosystem to expand payment coverage and drive transaction volume. This role focuses on acquiring, managing, and optimizing Payment Gateway and strategic partners, while exploring new business opportunities and initiatives to improve overall business performance.

Job Description

  • Business Negotiation
  • Acquire and onboard new Payment Gateway partners, PSPs, and strategic partners to expand ShopeePay's payment acceptance network
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization
  • Act as a business consultant to partners by recommending suitable payment solutions and commercial models
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to introduce ShopeePay's payment services and partnership value propositions
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to create mutually beneficial agreements
  • Close partnership deals to achieve assigned business and revenue targets
  • Assess financial viability and performance of partner portfolios
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing partners to increase transaction volume and coverage
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and go-live
  • Monitor and push for timely implementation of integration projects and commercial initiatives
  • Support issue resolution related to payment flows, settlement, and operational challenges
  • Communicate new business initiatives to internal stakeholders, partners, and relevant external parties when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, business negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast pace and dynamic environment
