We are seeking a highly driven Business Growth Manager with a strong background in scaling SaaS products or working within high-growth startup environments. This role is critical in driving our product growth strategy, expanding market reach, and delivering sustainable revenue growth..

CloudCommerce is an all-in-one e-commerce solution designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Asia that want to expand their business across borders. Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end global e-commerce & logistics (Fastship.co), e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce solutions, and an online marketing campaign platform. Our goal is to help SMEs grow their e-commerce business by providing everything they need in one convenient place.

What you will handle

  • Work directly with the CEO to develop and ensure execution of growth strategies across Fastship's products and ecosystem
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with overall business and revenue objectives
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Business Growth Owners to drive market expansion and achieve measurable revenue outcomes
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and define target customer personas
  • Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams to scale product adoption and optimize user experience
  • Monitor and analyze key growth metrics, performance funnels, and business insights to continuously refine strategies and accelerate growth

What you have

  • Proven track record in scaling SaaS products or experience in high-growth startup environments
  • Strong expertise in growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and revenue generation
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, with strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrate a high level of  being self-motivated, self learner, growth mindset, and teamwork.
  • Able to communicate effectively both in Thai and English
