What You'll Do
  • Research & verify requirements for business registrations, permits, and licenses across multiple jurisdictions and agencies.
  • Translate regulations into simple, client-friendly instructions, templates, and checklists.
  • Own the application process end-to-end: prepare forms, assemble supporting documents, submit applications, and track status.
  • Coordinate with authorities (by phone, email, or in person) to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and speed up approvals.
  • Advise clients on timelines, fees, prerequisites, and best practices to stay compliant.
  • Maintain a knowledge base (SOPs, FAQs, requirement matrices) that stays current as rules change.
  • Spot risks & escalations early and recommend solutions.
  • Report progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
  • 24+ years in licensing/compliance, company secretarial, legal admin, consulting, or a government-facing operations role.
  • Excellent research skills and a knack for validating info across multiple sources.
  • Clear communicator in written and spoken English; [add local language if relevant].
  • Process mindset: you love checklists, deadlines, and tidy documentation.
  • Client-first attitude with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, document management tools, spreadsheets, and e-sign platforms.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with company incorporation, tax registrations, visas/permits, or sector-specific licensing (e.g., F&B, retail, fintech).
  • Familiarity with local government portals and submission workflows.
  • Paralegal or compliance training/certifications.
