THIS ROLE OFFERS...

As Business Manager Thailand, reporting to the Export Sales Director, you are responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy in the country, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and optimizing gross margins for the company's plant nutrition product portfolio.

Strategic Planning & Market Development

• Define strategic directions for plant nutrition products and propose commercial strategies for Thailand to Export Sales Director.
• Conduct strategic market intelligence on plant nutrition trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor competitive activity across all relevant markets.
• Set qualitative and quantitative objectives by product and country, based on market analysis.
• Take full responsibility in delivering the financial goals in the country

Commercial & Portfolio Management

• Define and implement the commercial policy in coordination with Export Sales Director.
• Reference, partner and manage relationship with relevant distribution network in Thailand e.g. dealers, wholesalers, retailers etc.
• Initiate corrective actions when targets or market conditions require adjustments.
• Plan and manage product supply for the designated region to ensure availability and continuity.
• Collaborate with headquarter teams to achieve business objectives.

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF...

• You have a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, business administration or related fields
• You have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar sales role in plant nutrition/ biosolutions / biofertilisants in Thailand
• You are Fluent in English and Thai
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You are a natural sales leader and team player with an entrepreneurial and customer focused mindset
• You are self motivated and able to work independently
