Business Operations Manager (Off-Ramp)

Role Description The Business Operations Manager (Off-Ramp) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. This role is responsible for overseeing off-ramp business operations, including managing partner relationships, monitoring transaction flows, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processes for cross-border payments. The manager will analyze operational performance, identify process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams such as product, finance, compliance, and technology to optimize off-ramp solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing operational frameworks, tracking KPIs, resolving operational issues, preparing reports for leadership, and supporting the scaling of off-ramp services across regional markets. The role also involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience managing complex, transaction-heavy environments.
• Proficient Analytical Skills, including data analysis, performance tracking, and use of metrics to drive decisions.
• Program Management and project coordination capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Finance knowledge, including budgeting, cost analysis, and understanding of financial implications in operational decisions.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, preferably in remittance or cross-border transactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
