Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze business problems and requirements, and propose ideas to improve and develop project workflows to enhance work efficiency, speed, and quality.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor project execution, including coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the project aligns with objectives and planned timelines.
  • Present information to relevant stakeholders regarding return on investment (ROI) and other benefits gained from process improvements or business expansion initiatives.
  • Provide progress reports on ongoing projects, highlighting key issues to supervisors and relevant parties.
  • Collaborate in designing new workflows and integrating new technologies, tools, or innovations to enhance service delivery, strengthen customer engagement, and support future business growth.
  • Coordinate with related departments to jointly design, develop, and improve work processes to meet business objectives and requirements.
  • Support and encourage team members to initiate, design, and improve processes to enhance business responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and training to subordinates to enable them to perform assigned tasks effectively.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineer, Computer Science ,Business Computer , Innovation ,Digital Transformation
  • Minimum 4+ years of Management and Business Process
  • Familiar with end-to-end ERP business process in SAP , Oracle or BC
  • Strong knowledge in ERP and Finance & Accounting
