Artifact Technology is seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Consultant to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the Asian market with Fycelium, our premier fiber network management software. This role blends business acumen with technical expertise, requiring a consultant who can understand complex client needs, design impactful solutions, and articulate clear business value. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, bridging business strategy with technical innovation.

This full-time, remote position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on international collaboration, relationship-building, and delivering tailored consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Advisory: Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions to strategic objectives.

• Solution Design & Value Mapping: Analyze client requirements and environments to design customized solutions that highlight both technical capabilities and business impact.

• Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling demos and pitches that showcase how Fycelium addresses client pain points and drives measurable outcomes.

• Proposal Development: Create high-quality technical proposals and bids that clearly communicate the commercial value and capabilities of our products.

• Partner Collaboration: Develop and manage alliances with strategic partners, supporting joint solution offerings and enabling market expansion.

• Market Insights & Strategy: Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive developments to provide actionable insights that inform product innovation and go-to-market strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 4+ years in a business solutions, pre-sales, or consulting role within the software or telecommunications industry.

• Business & Technical Consulting: Proven ability to translate customer requirements into effective solutions that deliver tangible business value.

• Communication: Strong English skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences through presentations and written proposals.

• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

• Work Environment: Self-motivated and highly disciplined in a work-from-home environment.
