Business Unit Head - Animal Health

Our client, a leading global organization in the Animal Healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Business Unit Head - Animal Health to lead and drive its Livestock business in Thailand.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in the animal health or livestock industry, particularly in the swine business, sales leadership, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the overall business strategy for the Livestock portfolio in Thailand, aligning with regional and global business objectives.
• Oversee Sales and Marketing activities to achieve business targets, market share growth, and business performance.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market presence and acquire new customers.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales force to ensure strong commercial execution and team performance.
• Manage distributor relationships, including sales targets, business reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives based on market insights and customer needs.
• Develop strategic key account plans and identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a commercial or business management role.
• Strong background in the Animal Healthcare industry, with solid experience in the Swine business.
• Proven track record in Sales & Marketing leadership and Key Account Management.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience managing distributors and leading sales teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Thai with professional English communication skills.
