To lead the division team and manage all business decisions for Thailand market
To be responsible for the overall business growth in terms of sales, distribution, P&L and operation activities
Strategies on the short and long-term plans to expand into new channels and business development for local distributors
To create, develop and roll out sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the market position and in-store presence
To keep ahead of the key market trends and take appropriate action
Handle the communication between internal team and external stakeholders
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
At least 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience in consumer electronics/ FMCG industry
Possess strong experiences in sales and business development with proven record of developing, implementing plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities
P/L management and financial knowledge to sustain a profitable business
