Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CDA Project Manager to join Pringles Chon Buri. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. As CDA Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Control, Digitalization and Automation (CDA) projects within our manufacturing facility, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to supporting our operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute CDA projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling and risk management strategies
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including operations, engineering and finance teams, to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan
  • Manage project budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Oversee procurement processes for project materials and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead project meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project activities and decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality and environmental standards and regulations
  • Report on project status and outcomes to manufacturing leadership and senior management

What You Look Like:

  • Proven project management experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, such as PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent frameworks
  • Demonstrable experience managing capital projects with budgets typically ranging from mid to large-scale investments
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising cross-functional project teams
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to all levels of the organisation
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems and plant operations
  • Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and compliance requirements
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification would be advantageous
