CEO & Co-Founder | Stealth Beauty Brand | Remote

We're building the next billion-dollar beauty brand from Asia, and we're looking for a CEO and co-founder to build it with us.

We're a stealth-stage personal care brand for ambitious, busy women, launching in Thailand first. We already have a strong head start: a community of 10,000+ professional women, a wider network of 100,000+, and partners lined up for launch.

**The role**

You'll run the business while our founder leads brand and community. You'll own fundraising, the P&L, partnerships, operations and building the team.

**You might be a fit if you have:**

- 5+ years managing consumer brands

- Raised $1M+ in funding

- Grown a business to $1M+ ARR

- Fluent English

**Bonus points if you:**

- Speak Korean or Thai

- Have experience in beauty or personal care

- Know Asian markets well

- Are an exited founder

**The deal:** part-time and remote-first until funded, then full-time in Bangkok. Meaningful co-founder equity, with salary once funded.
