Channel Operations Lead

THE POSITION

• Be a key driver of commercial excellence by shaping channel strategies and business decisions that positivelyimpacthealthcare professionals and patients across Thailand .


• Lead channel planning and operational excellence initiatives to enable sustainable business growth and outstanding customer engagement .


• Based in Bangkok, Thailand, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Business Analytics teams to transform insights into impactful business actions .

Tasks &R esponsibilities

• Lead channel performance monitoring andidentifybusiness opportunities through data-driven insights.


• Develop and execute channel operations strategies aligned with businessobjectivesand customer needs .


• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and commercial execution.


• Manage business planning processes, targetsettings , and performance tracking.


• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, andtimelydelivery of business insights to stakeholders.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across channel operations .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Life Sciences, Analytics, orrelated fields .


• Minimum 2 yearsof p roven experience in Commercial Operations, Business Analytics,S alesO perations, orC hannelM anagement within the Life Science industry.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations .


• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment .


• Proficiencyin CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis or visualization tools; experience with business intelligence platforms and project management tools is an advantage .


• Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Thai are required.
