Responsibilities
- Develop channel sales strategies to meet company sales targets in Thailand.
- Recruit, train and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, etc.) across Thailand.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and pricing terms in line with Thai commercial laws.
- Maintain partner relationships, provide support and monitor sales performance.
- Conduct basic market research and coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA B.E. 2562) and company policies, including proper handling of personal data and timely reporting of data breaches if any.
- Submit regular sales reports to the regional sales management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in Thailand, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Thai market and channel ecosystem; industry experience is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai (mandatory).
- Strong channel management, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, with good analytical and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Thai labor laws (including working hours, overtime rules) and compliance requirements, as well as PDPA fundamentals.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
