Responsible for overseeing and preparing all cold kitchen food production, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards. Supports the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervises Commis Chefs, and ensures all dishes are prepared consistently according to recipes and hotel standards.

Prepare and present cold kitchen dishes such as salads, appetizers, cold cuts, sandwiches, and other cold food items.
Ensure food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation meet hotel standards.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in accordance with HACCP requirements.
Supervise and support Commis Chefs and other junior kitchen team members.
Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation for daily operations and events.
Monitor food stock, storage, labeling, and proper rotation of ingredients.
Minimize food waste and control food costs through effective preparation and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and utensils.
Support the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations and other assigned tasks.
