Chief Concierge

Lead the Concierge team in delivering personalised, seamless, and memorable guest experiences. Provide expert local knowledge, anticipate guest needs, and manage special arrangements with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Concierge and Bell operations.
• Arrange transportation, dining, tours, entertainment, and special requests.
• Build strong relationships with trusted local partners and service providers.
• Handle VIP guests and complex requests efficiently and discreetly.
• Train and develop the team to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Proven Concierge leadership experience in an upscale hotel.
• Strong Bangkok destination knowledge and professional network.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
• Les Clefs d'Or membership is highly desirable.
