Chief Engineer - Aman Nai Lert Bangkok

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead our Engineering Department, oversee daily operations and maintain the property's physical infrastructure to the highest safety and quality standards.

Reporting Structure: Direct report to Director of Engineering

Key responsibilities:

• Direct report to the Director of Engineering, assisting in department management, budgeting and setting strategic goals.
• Oversee continuous maintenance, inspections and repair of physical infrastructure and mechanical systems (MEP, HVAC, Plumbing and etc.)
• Lead repair, replacement, and renovation projects while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.
• Direct and mentor the Engineering team to support smooth daily operations and operational continuity.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Engineering Management within the hospitality / hotel industry.
• Proven expertise in MEP systems facility maintenance and project oversight.
• Excellent leadership communication and decision making skills.
