Job Description

Strategy, Planning & Leadership

  • Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, driving financial strategy, business planning, and decision-making across Thailand and regional operations
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management aligned with business growth
  • Drive process improvements, system implementation, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and governance standards

Financial Analysis & Business Partnering


  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decisions and business initiatives
  • Oversee preparation of key financial reports (P&L, budget vs. forecast, cash flow) and performance evaluation
  • Assess financial impact of new initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and manage operating budgets and financial models

Accounting, Controls & Reporting


  • Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, and closing cycles
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting and statements
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes
  • Lead external audits and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage banking relationships and coordinate with business units to achieve financial objectives

Financial & Team Management


  • Oversee cash flow management and financial stability planning
  • Evaluate investment opportunities with risk and return analysis
  • Build strategic relationships with vendors and business partners
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams while collaborating cross-functionally to drive organizational performance

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with background in investment banking, consulting, or private equity preferred
  • Proven track record in value creation, digital transformation, and executive/board-level engagement
  • Strong knowledge of retail business and relevant functional expertise
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with sound business judgment
  • High integrity, results-oriented mindset, and ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to analyze complex data, interpret technical information, and derive actionable insights
