Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, driving financial strategy, business planning, and decision-making across Thailand and regional operations
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management aligned with business growth
Drive process improvements, system implementation, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and governance standards
Financial Analysis & Business Partnering
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decisions and business initiatives
Oversee preparation of key financial reports (P&L, budget vs. forecast, cash flow) and performance evaluation
Assess financial impact of new initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
Develop and manage operating budgets and financial models
Accounting, Controls & Reporting
Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, and closing cycles
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting and statements
Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes
Lead external audits and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Manage banking relationships and coordinate with business units to achieve financial objectives
Financial & Team Management
Oversee cash flow management and financial stability planning
Evaluate investment opportunities with risk and return analysis
Build strategic relationships with vendors and business partners
Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams while collaborating cross-functionally to drive organizational performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with background in investment banking, consulting, or private equity preferred
Proven track record in value creation, digital transformation, and executive/board-level engagement
Strong knowledge of retail business and relevant functional expertise
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with sound business judgment
High integrity, results-oriented mindset, and ability to perform under pressure
Ability to analyze complex data, interpret technical information, and derive actionable insights
