Responsibility
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the company's long-term growth strategy.
- Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance management.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support expansion, profitability improvement, and business transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
IPO Readiness & Capital Markets
- Lead and coordinate all financial aspects of the company's IPO journey.
- Drive IPO readiness programs, including financial reporting enhancements, governance structures, internal controls, and stakeholder management.
- Partner with external advisors, auditors, legal counsel, regulators, and investment bankers throughout the IPO process.
- Establish robust reporting and compliance frameworks suitable for a listed company environment.
Financial Management & Governance
- Oversee all finance functions including accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, internal audit, risk management, and investor relations.
- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance best practices.
- Maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Lead cash flow management, working capital optimization, and funding strategies.
Manufacturing Finance & Operational Excellence
- Partner closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to improve productivity and profitability.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across production, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Develop robust manufacturing finance controls, cost accounting methodologies, and operational performance metrics.
- Deliver actionable financial insights to support operational decision-making.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Board, shareholders, and executive leadership team.
- Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across multicultural and multilingual teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred.
- MBA or other advanced qualifications are advantageous.
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive-level responsibilities.
- Proven experience within FMCG, consumer products, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Strong manufacturing finance expertise, including cost accounting, factory operations finance, supply chain finance, and margin improvement.
- Experience supporting IPO readiness, public company transformation, fundraising, or capital market transactions.
- Previous experience within a listed company environment is highly desirable.
- Big 4 audit background is strongly preferred.

- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions.
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting, governance, risk management, treasury, and taxation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead business transformation and organizational growth.
