CFO - Property Management / Hospitality
Job Summary
The CFO is responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, planning, and performance. This role ensures strong financial governance, supports business growth, and drives profitability across property portfolios, and asset management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and financial standards.
- Establish internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodie
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop finance and accounting teams.
- Foster a high-performance and compliance-driven culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPD, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance & Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
