Chief Operating Officer (System Integration & Government Projects)

We are hiring Chief Operating Officer for our client in the Digital Infrastructure and Solutions industry (enterprise & government projects).

This role leads end-to-end operations and delivery across Digital infrastructure and Solutions projects, ensuring strong execution, compliance, and operational efficiency. You'll drive change, tighten processes, and bring clear direction to cross-functional teams to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end operations management for large-scale project delivery
• Lead project execution (planning, delivery, and handover)
• Drive delivery for enterprise & government accounts with strong stakeholder control
• Lead change management, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong background in project/operations leadership within telecom, infrastructure, or system integration environments
• Proven track record managing complex delivery (multi-sites, cross-functional, vendor-heavy)
• Experienced with enterprise/government projects and structured governance
• Strong in process improvement, operational control, and stakeholder management
