About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator & Coordinator to support our daily operations in Rayong. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-friendly, and strong in communication, with the ability to coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in office administration, coordination, and communication, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility-related matters
- Support logistics arrangements (meetings, travel, accommodation, etc.)
- Ensure office operations run efficiently and in compliance with internal processes
2. Coordination & Communication- Act as a coordination point between management, employees, vendors, and external partners
- Facilitate smooth communication across teams, especially in a multilingual environment
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking action items
- Support cross-functional coordination for operational activities
3. HR & Administrative Support- Maintain employee records and administrative documentation
- Support onboarding process for new hires (documentation, coordination, orientation)
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and basic reporting
- Provide general administrative support to HR-related activities when required
4. Stakeholder & External Liaison- Communicate with external parties such as vendors, service providers, and partners
- Support coordination with local authorities or service agencies when required
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on administrative matters
Requirements- Fluent in Mandarin and Thai (both written and spoken) – mandatory
- Basic proficiency in English for business communication
- 0–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or HR support (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in Thailand (no visa sponsorship provided)
