Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok for Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers. The role involves supporting building commissioning activities, including reviewing designs, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring engineering systems meet performance and safety requirements. Engineers will conduct inspections, supervise installation and maintenance activities, and validate mechanical, electrical, and civil systems against project specifications and relevant standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical drawings and CAD models, preparing reports and documentation, troubleshooting system issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and participation in site meetings to help deliver efficient, reliable building systems across various project types.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering skills, with understanding of building services, HVAC, and related mechanical systems.
• Candidates should possess experience in Maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance for building or industrial systems.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and layouts.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills for assessing installations, verifying system performance, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Automotive or similar mechanical systems where relevant to project requirements.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes, building codes, and international standards is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangkok, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with clients and contractors.
• Professional certifications or membership in engineering or commissioning bodies are an advantage.
