- Supervise day-to-day civil, structural, and architectural construction activities including piling, foundations, slabs, structural steel/concrete frame, building envelope, roofing, and interior fit-out
- Monitor contractor workforce, plant, and equipment deployment against the approved construction program
- Ensure works are executed in strict accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Conduct inspections and witness testing at key hold/witness points (rebar, formwork, concrete pour, waterproofing, structural steel erection, envelope sealing)
- Verify compliance with Thai Industrial Standards (TIS), Ministry of Interior building regulations, and data centre-specific design criteria (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier requirements, seismic/wind loading, floor loading for IT racks and mechanical plant)
- Review and approve contractor ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), checklists, and QA/QC documentation
- Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and track corrective actions to closure
- Coordinate civil/structural/architectural interfaces with MEP, fire protection, and security systems installation to avoid clashes and rework
- Liaise with design consultants on RFIs, site queries, and design clarifications
- Coordinate with surveyors on setting-out, levels, and as-built verification
- Support interface management between structural trades and specialist data hall fit-out (raised floors, containment, cable trays)
- Enforce HSE requirements on-site for all civil/structural/architectural activities, including work-at-height, lifting operations, excavation, and confined space work where applicable
- Participate in toolbox talks, JSA reviews, and permit-to-work processes
- Support incident investigation and implementation of corrective actions for civil works
- Monitor progress against baseline program; flag delays and support recovery planning
- Verify contractor quantities and progress claims for civil/structural/architectural scope
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress photographs, and QA/QC records
- Support variation assessment and technical evaluation of contractor claims
- Support snagging/de-snagging, punch list closure, and as-built drawing verification for civil/structural/architectural works
- Ensure documentation (test certificates, warranties, O&M inputs) is compiled for project handover
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture (or related field)
- 8–15+ years of construction supervision experience, with prior exposure to industrial, mission-critical, or data centre projects strongly preferred
- Proven experience supervising reinforced concrete structures, structural steel, and building envelope works on large-scale industrial or commercial facilities
- Experience working within a PMCM, EPC, or main contractor site organization
- Familiarity with Thai regulatory approval processes (building permits, EIA coordination) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Thai building codes, TIS standards, and local construction practices
- Working knowledge of data centre-specific structural considerations (raised access floors, heavy MEP plant loading, seismic bracing for critical equipment)
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and shop drawings
- Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and standard QA/QC documentation systems
- Working knowledge of Thai and English (technical report writing and contractor coordination)
- Registered Civil Engineer or Architect license (Council of Engineers Thailand / Architect Council of Thailand), where applicable to scope of supervision
- OSHA/site safety training relevant to Thai construction sites
- Confined space, work-at-height, or lifting supervision certifications as required by project HSE plan
- Full-time, site-based role with standard construction working hours; may require extended hours during critical milestones (concrete pours, structural steel erection, commissioning windows)
- Exposure to an active construction site environment; PPE and adherence to site safety protocols required
