Cleaning services Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary

You will coordinate daily manpower and cleaning operations, supervise periodic site work, manage client feedback and on-site incidents, and communicate effectively with senior workers to ensure smooth and safe job site operations.

• Coordinate daily manpower deployment and oversee cleaning operations to maintain site efficiency
• Monitor and supervise periodic work activities to ensure compliance with job site standards
• Manage client feedback and resolve on-site incidents promptly to maintain client satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to support operational goals and foster a cooperative work environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with senior workers to facilitate smooth task execution

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays is required
