Job Summary:
The Client Development Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with VVIP clients of Siam Piwat. This role focuses on delivering exceptional personalized experiences, driving engagement, and strengthening loyalty among High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and influential personalities in Thailand. The ideal candidate is highly social, impeccably groomed, and possesses strong connections within elite circles.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business management, International Business, Marketing or related fields.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership management, brand activation or community management, preferably within luxury retail or shopping mall environments.
· Prior exposure to luxury brands, lifestyle services, customer relationship management, or membership-driven businesses strongly preferred.
· Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge & Technical Competencies
· Strong understanding of luxury retail, customer behavior, and brand positioning
· Experience in partnership development, event planning, and brand activation
· Proficiency in CRM tools, customer engagement platforms, and data analysis
· Knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape, and marketing best practices
Attributes & Soft Skills:
· Strategic thinking with a creative and results-driven approach
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, both in English and Thai
· Excellent grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards.
· High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for engaging with luxury clients and partners
· Leadership ability with strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with attention to detail, and customer-centric attitude
· Well-rounded and has sense of trends and engaging with new people
· Strong social skills and ability to build rapport with HNWI and celebrities.
· Established network within Thailand’s elite circles.
