Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the team to grow and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Handle daily tasks independently, including preparing and following up on client meetings
  • Communicate with clients (emails, account opening, case follow-up, compliance matters)
  • Process transactions such as securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payments
  • Support the Relationship Manager with admin tasks (schedule, presentations, documents)
  • Help organise client events with the marketing team
  • Join client events when needed
  • Support internal projects when assigned
  • Use internal AI tools to improve daily work

Requirements

  • Degree in banking or business
  • Experience in private banking support
  • Good understanding of regulations (e.g. MiFID, AML, cross-border rules)
  • Proactive and responsible working style
  • Strong service mindset and attention to quality
  • Good communication skills and professional manner
