Role Description:

The Client Solutions Associate is a full-time remote role focused on expert recruitments, onboarding subject matter expert for an expert call, building client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying and matching clients with relevant industry experts, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to provide strategically aligned insights. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

0-3 years work experience
Strong recruitment & headhunting management skills
Project management expertise, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (ENG & TH)
Comfortable in cold reach activities (i.e cold email, message, call, etc)
Prior experience in client services, consulting, or market intelligence is an advantage.
