• Design multi-cloud and hybrid architectures that match the customer's business and technical goals, and recommend the right mix of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS for performance, cost, and compliance.

• Assess customers existing environments and create migration and modernization roadmaps (rehost, replatform, refactor), with architecture diagrams and high- and low-level designs (HLD/LLD).

• Prepare pre-sales documents: Statements of Work (SOW), technical proposals, Bills of Materials (BOM), license and consumption models, and workload sizing for capacity planning and budgeting.

• Support the sales team in presentations and RFP/RFI responses, including comply spec and TOR preparation for government projects.

• Meet customers to gather requirements, build relationships, and create new opportunities.

• Build and deliver POCs and demo environments, and run technical workshops and discovery sessions, turning the findings into clear architecture recommendations.

• Keep up with new cloud services and trends, and create reference architectures, templates, and reusable assets that speed up delivery.

• Hand over designs to project managers and engineering teams, review their work, solve escalated technical issues, and mentor team members.

• Make sure solutions follow security best practices and standards, including landing zone, identity and access, networking, and governance based on each provider's Well-Architected Framework.

• Design backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity solutions that meet customer RPO/RTO targets, and apply FinOps practices to reduce cloud costs and improve performance across all environments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud solution architecture, infrastructure design, or enterprise IT.

• Proven experience with at least two of these clouds: Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of networking, security, identity, virtualization, storage, backup, and DR.

• Proven experience delivering SOWs, proposals, BOMs, and workload sizing for enterprise customers.

• Skilled in architecture tools (e.g., Draw.io, Visio) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).

• Familiar with DevOps, Kubernetes, and automation.

• Strong customer engagement, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision.

• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

• Pre-sales, consulting, or government/TOR project experience is a plus.

• Preferred certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional/Expert.
