Cloud Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services, primarily across AWS and other major cloud platforms.
• Support cloud architecture, networking, compute, storage, IAM, monitoring, backup, and performance optimisation.
• Assist customers with cloud onboarding, migration, deployment, configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical cloud solutions.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of Cloudflare and related edge-network, security, and performance solutions.
• Perform basic cloud security and configuration reviews, identify misconfigurations or risks, and recommend remediation actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors on solution design, implementation, and service delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and customer-facing technical materials.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and configuration issues in a structured and timely manner.
• Keep up to date with developments across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and partner technologies.
