Hiring: Experienced Cloud Support Engineer

Freelance / Part-time | Remote in Thailand | 5+ years of experience

We are seeking an experienced IT support / cloud support professional with hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Azure.

This role requires someone who can troubleshoot independently, take ownership of customer issues through to resolution, and communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer support tickets, user accounts, licensing and access permissions.

• Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Entra ID and Azure infrastructure.

• Troubleshooting authentication, MFA, Conditional Access and PIM.

• Performing security and compliance checks, improving monitoring, and preparing customer reports.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of relevant IT support / cloud support experience.

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently, with appropriate escalation when needed.

• Strong spoken and written English.

• A customer-focused approach and clear accountability for your work.

PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Bicep, Infrastructure as Code / automation skills, and Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications are an advantage.

Engagement details:

• Freelance / part-time, initially 10 hours per week.

• Remote, based in Thailand.

• Rate to be agreed.

A UK-based workstation will be provided. All work-related data must remain on that workstation.
