Job Description

Lead and manage Change Management and VEVA activities within Autoliv Thailand (ATA) to ensure successful implementation of engineering changes, cost reduction initiatives, product optimization, and process improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective execution of VEVA projects and engineering changes while maintaining compliance with Autoliv standards, customer specific requirements, and plant objectives.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, operational excellence, and cost competitiveness through VEVA and Change Management processes.
Develop organizational capability and strengthen change management culture across the plant.
