Collection Strategy Analyst (Senior Executive-Manager) experience in Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design report/dashboard and monitor collection key measurements and risk mitigation performance for unsecured loan products.
• Ensure that appropriate actions are promptly taken if necessary.
• Provide collection strategy (Collection treatment by segmentation) based on cost-benefit justification (Eg. Champion/Challenger test) where you must execute the criteria on the system.
• Monitor and report are necessary as a monthly basis.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to management (weekly/monthly).
• Ensure collection policy/procedure follows Compliance and Regulatory requirements. Eg. Debt Collection Act, BOT regulation, etc.
• Work closely with the Collection Operation Unit to ensure the effectiveness of collection process & improvement.
• Perform segmentation of delinquent accounts using related variables or models to optimize collection strategy and prioritize dunning activities.
• Design, implement, and monitor performance of collection initiatives in coordination with the Collection team.
• Execute collection score implementation; review and adjust cut-off thresholds to ensure model effectiveness and business impact.
• Perform the other assignments assigned by the Management team.

Requirement

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineer, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
• 4 - 7 years experience preferably in Credit Risk Management and/or Collection in Banking & Finance Business.
• In-depth understanding of bank/finance operations, collection tools, and risk indicators.
• Data query/manipulation using SQL is preferable.
• Good analytical, data visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Multitasking, self-motivated and fast & independent learner.
• Able to think critically and present recommendations convincingly.
