Oversee the HRIS system, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS database. Collaborating with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades
Collaborate with HR team members to identify system requirements and implement HRIS solutions that meet organizational needs, ensuring smooth operation and customization.
Administer and configure HRIS/HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or in‑house systems).
Analyze business requirements and design system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights and present to Management.
Delivers data analysis for Human Resources function for data management and reporting.
Stay updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with external HR technology vendors to manage service level agreements, system upgrades, and issue resolution. Evaluate and select new technology solutions, if necessary, in coordination with HR and IT teams.
