Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Compliance professional to support corporate-level compliance and governance across the organization.

This role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting laws, regulations, and regulatory developments relevant to the Company's businesses, and providing compliance advice to the Board of Directors, senior management, and business units. The role also supports the development and review of corporate policies, Delegation of Authority, compliance awareness, and coordination with relevant regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret laws, regulations, and regulatory developments relevant to the Company's businesses to ensure that compliance requirements remain current and properly understood.
• Provide compliance advice and guidance to the Board of Directors, senior management, and business units to support business operations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review Delegation of Authority, Board-level policies, measures, and related governance guidelines to ensure alignment with applicable laws and corporate governance principles.
• Assess regulatory developments and their implications for the business, and communicate relevant requirements to key stakeholders.
• Develop compliance training and awareness materials for management and employees, covering compliance requirements, potential impacts of non-compliance, and good corporate governance practices.
• Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with relevant regulators and external authorities.
• Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives, including activities related to the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Compliance, Corporate Governance, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations applicable to diverse business operations.
• Experience in analyzing regulatory requirements and providing compliance advice to management and business functions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex compliance matters.
• Experience in coordinating with regulators or relevant external authorities is preferred.
