Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bangkok, with the flexibility to work from home for designated tasks such as planning, documentation, and coordination. This role oversees the planning and execution of construction and fit-out projects for new and existing BARTELS locations, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; monitoring site progress; conducting site visits and inspections; and managing project schedules and milestones. The Construction Project Manager will prepare and track budgets, review and approve project documentation, manage risk and safety considerations, and resolve issues that arise during construction. The role also involves reporting on project status, maintaining clear communication across teams, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes and standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Project Management skills to lead multiple projects from planning through completion.
Candidates should possess Project Coordination abilities to manage timelines, resources, and communication among internal teams and external partners.
Candidates should possess Construction Management expertise, including understanding of building processes, site supervision, and quality and safety standards.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to develop, track, and optimize project budgets and manage cost control effectively.
Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage construction or fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Bangkok, conduct regular site visits, and communicate effectively in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
